What is X-Line?
X-line™ is a synthetic winch rope made exclusively by Off Road Only. It is designed as a replacement for steel cable that is used on many self recovery winches.
X-line™ comes in 100' lengths, and is a direct replacement for your existing steel cable. We can also make custom lengths of X-line™ if you so desire.

What makes X-Line better?
There are lots of synthetic ropes out there, but the bottom line is none of them can touch X-Line™. Rated at 18,000 lbs, with a 28,000 lb hook, X-Line™ is stronger than both steel and other synthetic or "plasma" ropes.
Perhaps the most amazing X-Line™ trait is it's restistance to heat. At 490°, the competition has melted to the drum, but X-Line™ is still pulling strong, maintaining half of it's weight rating. X-Line™ doesn't start to break down until over 900°!
X-Line™ also exhibits high chemical resistance to both acids, alkalis and organic solvents. Even sea water and steam don't effect X-Line™.
